Arriving at First Church in Salem, I discovered a robust electronic weekly newsletter, but was asked to work with a team to strengthen the congregations Facebook presence and implement live streaming of services on Facebook. The UU Wellesley Hills communications team, which I co-led with the Standing Committee Chair, decided to augment monthly newsletters with weekly updates. Congregants were not getting timely information and we hoped to address that concern. Here are some examples:

At the Unitarian Church in Summit the Annual Report to the congregation is driven by the congregational strategic plan. This has made for dry reading so this year, I along with the other ministers worked to make it more engaging.
